activities. NCDA ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR THE TIMELINESS, DELETION,
MIS-DELIVERY OR FAILURE TO STORE ANY USER COMMUNICATIONS OR PERSONALIZATION DATA
OR SETTINGS. ALL SUCH RISKS SHALL BE BORNE BY YOU.

NCDA hereby grants You a limited, terminable, personal, non-exclusive license
